The best sleep meditation ever!
This, every episode is brilliant. Takes away headaches, anxiety, stress, panic attacks, makes me fall asleep, get up less during the night, stops binge night sleep eating & improves energy, motivation and sense of complete well being. I have been listening to this podcast for a while now and as I travel a lot and often have a hard time to unwind and relax, I have looked for help with this matter. This podcast is very good, has helped me to relax and calm down many times and has also helped me to turn off my thoughts and let me sleep. Must Listen!
Let me start off by saying, I have bad anxiety, no meds can help me and I have been struggling with sleep all my life. This podcast is a legitimate god send. The technique they use and the way the narrator speaks helps me a lot. Of course if can't cure my anxiety, but without this podcast it would be ten times harder for me to sleep. This helps me so much and has become a routine of mine to have some essential oil and listen to this podcast. I really love this podcast and thank them for everything they do! - Ellie

This is a wonderfully sleepy podcast that walks you right up to unconsciousness with an expert plan. Offering a variety of background noise or music choices, there’s almost definitely exactly what you need to doze off. I really like that, if I do stay awake through the entire episode (which is highly unlikely), I have still had a productive meditation session that clears my mind and allows for introspection. But honestly, the chances of me staying awake are very slim, as the hosts voice melds perfectly with the background noise to create a perfectly calm headspace in which to drift off. I just want to take the time to thank you for your wonderful guided sleep meditation that I recently found on Spotify. Years ago I had listened to a sleep DVD and it always helped me fall asleep but once The DVD player broke I just stopped listening at night. Recently I was having a lot I’ve trouble unwinding due to so many stressors and a new baby Etc. The last couple of nights I have slept much more soundly because of listening to your guided sleep podcast. I particularly enjoyed the podcast where are you had us launch a ball bearing at a glass screen to get rid of the stressful part of the day. "I use a Tracks to Relax meditation every night when going to sleep. I love deciding on which meditation to use every night. I vary them depending on mood. I have lost some weight and resolved some health issues recently, so I started yoga again last week. Thursday I went for the second time. Had a blast. Started walking to my car and thought... oh, I must have pulled a muscle. Nope, 9 hours later after a trip in an ambulance to the hospital I was home diagnosed with a kidney stone... my first. |
I didn't really sleep that first night because of the meds I took. I sat in a chair and just tried to doze, but once it was gone and I was needing to get back to normal sleep on Friday, I felt rather nervous about trying to sleep. I was afraid I would wake up in pain again. So I picked a very comforting to me meditation (I honestly don't remember which one) and slept just fine. Sleep has been good since then.
If I wake in the middle of the night, which I do given the intake in water I'm drinking now, I pick another to listen to to go back to sleep. I'm kind of frustrated that I don't know what happens in most of the meditations because I fall asleep long before the end. But I am so thankful to have them. - Thank you" - Ellen

"I began listening to this Tracks To Relax at the beginning of this year. Never have I found someone with such a calming & relaxing voice to listen to before. I was so impressed that I joined as a silver patron & have been enjoying listening so much you don't even know. Last October I sustained an injury, coming home in complete darkness, and tripping and falling down on my face on the pavement. I could literally see nothing, and my foot got caught on something and I fell.
It turned out I ended up getting a concussion, and with it a lot of pain, anxiety, worry, and stress on my mind and body.

Tropical Treehouse Sleep Meditation Podcast Review.
To start things off I will be reviewing this wonderful little meditation I found on Spotify. The title of the meditation is: Tropical Treehouse Sleep Meditation Podcast and it’s creator is Tracks to Relax. The setting for this meditation is a tropical rainforest which at first I was sceptical about, I thought that it might make me feel on edge thinking about all the bugs and creepy crawly’s you could be faced with when venturing into the rainforests, never the less I thought; it’s worth a shot...right? I was right. Right from the beginning of this meditation you are made to feel at ease and safe from all of the dangerous ‘virtual’ surroundings.
Everything from the tranquil rainforest sounds, to the soothing narrators voice make you feel at peace. Your taken on a wonderfully short journey through the beautifully tranquil rainforest where you find a treehouse, safe from all of its surroundings. I found for me personally the level of descriptions were just perfect , not too much detail but enough that your mind wonders to some wonderful places.
In conclusion if you are looking for an escape meditation which keeps you engaged but somehow let’s your mind wonder at the same time, then this is the meditation for you. It doesn’t make you focus on your feelings and thoughts like a lot of meditations, it’s purely just an escape for your mind. And it’s wonderful. I would highly recommend.
